Late night check-in

Late night check-in procedures are quite simple. Anyone arriving after 9pm needs to organise late check-in because reception closes at 9pm.

Basically, we charge 1 nights accomodation to your credit card (other methods listed below). We then give you the security code for the 24-hour security entrance (otherwise known as the front door). When you arrive, you let yourself in and make your way to the reception counter.

At reception there will be an envelope with your name on it which will contain everything you need - key, map, note, receipt, etc. JUST LET US KNOW IF YOU HAVE A SLEEPING BAG, or do you need doona (Australian word for blanket, quilt, comforter).

24 hour security entrance
Otherwise kown as the front door. The front door closes at 7pm, and all guests use thier PIN code, or get 'buzzed in' by reception. After 9pm, when reception closes, you will not be able to be 'buzzed in'.

Sleeping Bags or Doona's
When you contact us for late check-in, we need to know whether you have your own sleeping bags, or if you need us to provide a doona. A doona is a 'feather blanket' or 'quilt' which is called a duvet, comforter or quilt in different countries. A doona is $2 to hire for your entire stay ($2 for 1 night or 7 nights!) just to cover cleaning costs, or free for private rooms.

Other methods of pre-payment
You can pay by ...
credit card (the simplest method) - you can provide your c/c number my email or by FREECALL 1800 04 11 35
by EFT (electronic funds transfer) - must send an email dating payment and amount
or by sending a cheque (accom is NOT confirmed until the cheque clears) - include note with accom details

If you think there should be any mor einformation here to help you, please tell us and we will add it ASAP. Thanks!
